prep: assist in the creation of interview materials such as coaching portfolios, presentations, resumes, and aligning documents. mock panel interviews from multiple angles, lenses, and roles (administrators, fellow coaches, athletic trainers, fundraising/boosters, etc).
advocacy: during parent and administrative disputes - let us help you navigate those contentious times. we have the experience and the know-how to create allies instead of enemies.
